We built Social Evidence from the ground up to accommodate teams of users, all able to simultaneously access the same case. When a Case is first created, a Responsible Attorney or Paralegal is assigned to that Case, as well as the person who initially created the case (Additional Attorneys, Paralegals, and Support Staff).
Selecting "All Cases" allows the user to display all cases associated with this Social Evidence account (firmwide). Selecting "My Cases" allows the user to only display those cases to which s/he is assigned. This helps reduce the number of cases that may clutter a user's screen.
